1971 FERRARI 365 GTC/4 #14949

Chassis number 14949, a USA delivery example, was produced in late December 1971, and it is one of 465 left-hand drive models. It was originally delivered to its first owner, a prominent San Francisco banker, through the local Ferrari dealer, Rezzaghi Motors. The Ferrari was much loved and driven on a regular basis. The second owner acquired the car from the Estate of his uncle in 2003. In 2013 a comprehensive restoration was undertaken by Dale Dindral of Prancing Horse of California, noted restorers of Ferrari in Burlingame, CA. Completed in 2015 it has seen little use since the completion of the restoration.
Over $300,000 US was spent in bringing the car to such a level that it has achieved Platinum status in several Concours hosted by Northern California Region of the Ferrari Club of America Concours and been shown at other prestigious events on the West Coat as well as most recently at the 2021 Ferrari Club of America Annual Experience at Sebring International Raceway where it again achieved Platinum and the Grand Touring 2+2 award. Recently acquired for stock by Milestone Motorcars, 14949 was thoroughly inspected and serviced to make it ready for regular road use and for the enjoyment of the discerning enthusiast.
